Alessandra Left :(

This has hit the me and the Girards pretty hard. She is such a sweet and easygoing person, and speaks French fabulously! She's always ready for a good Nutella snack after a long day at school and she always, and I mean always, is willing to deal with my splintery French in order to help me get better.

Ironically, she is still in France, and not that far away (her organization moves her about to give her a feel for different parts of France), but the reality is that we won't see eachother again until the 18th (when she actually leaves) and after that, no one knows! But I have to remember: no matter how far apart we are, I will still be able to email her urgetnly demanding "Which one of these scarves will best disguise this Nutella stain?!"
